Highly doubt that’s how that would work.
It’s still ALPA-ALPA.
Swing and a miss. QX is teamsters.

It seems to me that the scope situation is massive leverage for pilots.
...stayed at an all Guppy carrier. Lol.The Guppy sucks!
It was all Bus when I got hired!...stayed at an all Guppy carrier. Lol.

Negotiating improvements to the JCBA…Leverage for what, exactly?
Oh I’m sure I’ll be on a Bus again, I got 27 years.Who cares.
They’re hiring if you want to fly those A320s you used to fly…

If you’re over like 5’6" and a dude don’t forget about leaning your head on the ceiling while holding up the seat with one hand and your d with the other. CC may actually have a point here about sitting to peeOh I’m sure I’ll be on a Bus again, I got 27 years.
And what quite possibly might be the worst part about the Guppy, is the GD bathroom. Need a paper towel? Pull and you may get a ripped 1/8 piece of a sheet or the entire compartment sleeve. Who knows?!
I heard you can just pee in the sinkIf you’re over like 5’6" and a dude don’t forget about leaning your head on the ceiling while holding up the seat with one hand and your d with the other. CC may actually have a point here about sitting to pee
So Allegheny-Mohawk is the law of the land, there.Swing and a miss. QX is teamsters.

(In other words, no, you aren’t going to get your staple fantasies, and yes, I do think you’d have to take the pilots in some form but we’ll see)
In the wise words of Wayne, "figger it out/no YOU figger it out" and so on.Depends on their fragmentation language. Even ALPA's boilerplate frag language would require it. I'm not sure how the teamsters handle it. @Polar742 may know in general and then of course Horizon could have done something else entirely.
Pretty sure they sold them to OO because operating 7 of anything is always gonna be a loser. Also those were the first 700s ever built so they were already pretty long in the tooth. If Alaskan could take CRJs from Horizon and give them to SkyWest, they can certainly take em back and have mainline drive them.
Obviously it would mean a rough deal for QX guys but it would create more (better) mainline jobs for the long term. Maybe some preferential hiring or flow too.
