As Alaska&#8217;s largest oil and gas producer, the company produced an average 175 thousand barrels of oil and 9 million cubic feet of gas per day in 2016. ConocoPhillips, with about 1,100 Alaska employees, holds major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay Unit, the Kuparuk River Unit, and the Colville River Unit (Alpine). ConocoPhillips operates the Kuparuk and Alpine oil fields as well as the Kenai Liquefied Natural Gas Plant. &nbsp;The company has an ownership interest in the Trans Alaska Pipeline System (TAPS) and owns/operates the Polar Tankers fleet.<br /></p><div>Description:<br />ConocoPhillips Global Aviation Services is currently recruiting for a CASA 212 Captain based on the North Slope of Alaska. &nbsp;ConocoPhillips Alaska operates Boeing 737, CASA 212 and DeHavilland DHC-6 aircraft in the state of Alaska supporting North Slope oil production and operations. The incumbent of this position reports to the Assistant Chief Pilot &#8211; North Slope and serves as Pilot-in-Command (or Second-in-Command, as assigned) on ConocoPhillips Alaska CASA 212 aircraft in the transportation of Company-approved passengers and cargo. In addition to regular flying duties, responsibilities will include assigned collateral ground duties. Position is based at the Alpine facility on the North Slope with a rotating, weekly shift work schedule.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><p>Responsibilities may include:</p><ul><li>Promoting and cultivating a culture that advances ConocoPhillips Alaska Incident-Free Safety Culture (IFC) and aviation Safety Management System (SMS)</li><li>Complying with ConocoPhillips&#8217; safety programs, policies, procedures and practices, to include the proper wear and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)</li><li>Proactively identifying and reporting safety issues and/or irregularities for inclusion into the Company&#8217;s safety database for assessment, risk analysis, follow-up, and corrective action.</li><li>Complying with Company policies and directives; Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations; public law; and any other applicable regulatory requirements</li><li>Piloting the Company&#8217;s CASA 212 aircraft in a manner that ensures safe, compliant, reliable and efficient transport of passengers and cargo</li><li>Performing the duties of Pilot-in- Command or Second-in-Command, as assigned</li><li>Providing ethical and responsible representation for the company when dealing with business associates, officials, and customers per company policies</li><li>Performing other duties as assigned to support aviation operations<br /><br /></li></ul> <div>&nbsp;</div>
