We have a new house down the street, 1600 sq feet, small backyard, no pool. They are asking 1.3 million. I need to move.

Next month I'm moving into a townhome in the SLC area that's about that size, and rents a little under $1700 after fees. No way would I spend seven figures to own that kind of space.
