For the question...'Requires a Type Rating?' and 'Typed in this Aircraft' did you guys answer 'yes' for if you were an FO with an SIC type (back when we didn't require get a PIC type and ATP)?

Also...there is a section for Simulator time. Since I only logged 1 out of 3 long term training events in Simulator time....is it ok to leave Simulator time blank or should I dig for those? Thanks folks.

SIC type != "typed in aircraft".

I filled in about 20 hours of sim time and just left it at that. Unless you are needed the sim time to meet requirements for something (NOT TOTAL TIME) then it really shouldn't matter.

Like it or not, sic limitation is a limitation on a TYPE RATING. So the answer is yes. Your PIC time should reflect that (or lack thereof).
