If you are career-driven, want to be part of a growing company, and are looking to advance your skills, we&rsquo;d like to meet with you.</p><p>*Visit our website for all IAero Airways has to offer at&nbsp;<u>https://iaeroairways.com/*</u></p><p><u>&nbsp;</u></p><p><strong>Summary</strong></p><p>iAero Airways is seeking a highly motivated Flight Follower to maintain all operational control and support of iAero aircraft in our network. &nbsp;The role will release and manage flights to ensure aircraft status can operate safely and in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Specific Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Releases flights in accordance with all IAero Airways policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Monitors the status of assigned flights, and flights in progress &ndash; including in-flight communication.</li><li>Collects, evaluates, and disseminates weather and aeronautical information to the PIC.</li><li>Determines airport suitability and risk assessment.</li><li>Maintains and supports key flight data on IAero Airways flight tracking software.</li><li>Applies corrective action to minimize actual or potential delays due to weather, aircraft maintenance, operations, crew legality, or other disruptions.</li><li>Advises appropriate company personnel of actual or potential delays and conditions affecting the safety of a flight, including situations with weather, regulatory flight restrictions or scheduling.</li><li>Coordinates with Maintenance Control to ensure aircraft status can operate safely and in accordance with applicable regulations and policies.</li><li>Ensures that MEL/CDL limitations or restrictions are evaluated and complied with.</li><li>Complies with all applicable health and safety regulations.</li><li>Performs other related duties as requested by supervisor. &nbsp;</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>FAA Aircraft Dispatcher certificate is required within 90 days of employment</li><li>High school graduate; some college preferred.</li><li>Experience in Part 121 or Part 135 flight operations is desirable.</li><li>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to accomplish each essential duty satisfactorily.</li></ul><ul><li>While performing the duties of a Flight Follower, the employee will be required to sit in an Operations Control Center (OCC). The employee will use a computer station, and telephone.
