We are dedicated to our purpose of getting our customers where they need to be, when they need to be there, anywhere in the world – safely and reliably. <br /><br />CHC Helicopter has an opportunity for a AIMS Administrator. The focal person within CHC Helicopter Services responsible for the day to day business use of AIMS for CHC’s global operation. The position is responsible for implementing, training, support, and maintenance requirements related to AIMS. <br /><br /><strong>Responsibilities:</strong><br /><ul><li>Perform daily system monitoring, as well as provide TIER 2 support to all AIMS users.</li><li>Monitor and manage AIMS pending requests/issues via Service Now.</li><li>Responsible for testing all AIMS patches and BI-Annual upgrades to minimize bugs and deliver a quality end product to all users.</li><li>Maintain & track a log of all patches received to ensure system integrity (using JIRA).</li><li>On-Call 24x7 for any AIMS urgent issues.</li><li>Liase with Subject Matter Experts of all applications & systems directly connected to AIMS and ensure everything is working properly between AIMS and those other systems. (i.e. Pelesys, BI, Workday, ADP, OFPS, etc…</li><li>Must become familiar with all of CHC’s global operations in order to be fully compliant with all of the regional CLA’s.</li><li>Create, change, modify, and delete user accounts as necessary in order to be SOX compliant. Audits are performed quarterly.</li><li>Work with the regional teams and adjust all crew allowances ensuring crew members are paid accurately.</li><li>Perform service reviews with key stakeholders and constantly look for continuous improvement. Identify any new requirements and run projects to implement new functionality to AIMS.</li><li>Assist with creating program specifications for system upgrades, changes, and enhancements.</li><li>Prepare and maintain AIMS work instructions for all AIMS users.</li><li>Serve as the “go to” person for questions regarding AIMS functionality.</li><li>Assist with creating and maintaining procedures related to AIMS.</li><li>Facilitate training for Initial and Recurrent Training courses related to AIMS.</li><li>Ensure that user knowledge base is current and observing the applicable SOP for use of AIMS within CHC.</li><li>Work with & administer any new potential operational scheduling systems (iSAR)</li><li>Attend the AIMS User Conference as necessary.</li><li>Employees must comply with and adhere to all company policies</li><li>May perform other duties as assigned.</li><li>International travel may be required. </li></ul>
