We continue to grow our pilot team and fleet!<br /><br />Boutique Air has Pilot Domiciles in Atlanta (KATL), Baltimore (KBWI), Denver (KDEN), Dallas Fort Worth (KDFW), Phoenix (KPHX), Los Angeles (KLAX), Minneapolis (KMSP), and Portland (KPDX). Baltimore and Denver (KDEN) are the Junior bases at this time, but it is possible to be hired for other open domiciles.<br /><br />Boutique Air is hiring Captains and First Officers to fly the PC-12 throughout the country. The PC-12 is operated in the executive and commuter configuration to accommodate scheduled airline service and charter operations throughout the the US, Canada, and Mexico. Boutique Air offers excellent Health, Dental, and Vision insurance benefits, which Boutique Air pays for. Captains are given raises yearly on a bonus pay scale system that is paid out every 6 month interval. Boutique Air offers various upgrade incentives for those First Officers who have been with the company for at least 9 months. Boutique Air pays full pay from the very first day of ground training. PC-12 and/or King Air 350 experience is not required.<br /><br />Boutique Air operations utilize a two crew operation hinged on Crew Resource Management (CRM) and standardization. Our crew concept is modeled after the industry standards utilizing checklists, call outs, flows, and Standard Operating Practices (SOP’s). We have a Flight Standards Manual that covers every aspect of our flight operation. Safety is our number one priority! <br /><br />Boutique Air is a participant in CASS, allowing our flight crew to take advantage of our jumpseat agreements with Southwest, American Airlines, United Airlines, Spirit, and Virgin America (more agreements are in the works!).<br /><br />PIC Compensation:<br />- $62.50/flight hour with 80 hour/month guarantee ($60,000/year)<br />- LAX and DEN PICs receive a cost of living adjustment<br />- Bonuses paid every six months starting in year 2 of employment ($2,000 in 2nd year and increases each year thereafter)<br />- Employees health/dental/vision insurance premium 100% covered by Boutique Air (dependents 50%)<br />- 12 days paid time off in the first year<br /><br />We look forward to having you join the team!<br /><br />Our Customer Service Agents who answer the reservation lines are not involved with the hiring process, but we assure you we will followup as soon as possible with your application. <br />
