Bristow Group Aberdeen, Scotland:<BR /><p>OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE: (brief overview of key focus of position)</p><p></p><p>Responsible for the publication and dissemination of the Next Day’s Flying Programme.</p><ul><li>Collate Client’s flight requirements for next day</li><li>Liaise with Engineering to determine aircraft availability</li><li>Match revenue flights to aircraft and identify slots available for training or additional flight requirements</li><li>Review roster to determine pilots on duty and expected duty &amp; flight time limitations</li><li>Assign pilots to the flights iaw with regulatory and client specific requirements</li><li>Manage any shortfall of pilots due to sickness/training etc.</li><li>Ensure all training requirements met iaw Training Plan </li><li>Publish draft programme &amp; attend the programme review meeting daily</li><li>Communicating roster and daily changes to crew at publication of final schedule. Publish next days flying programme within deadline and handover to Operations.</li></ul><p></p><p>Other duties will include but not be limited to:</p><ul><li>Roster amendments</li><li>Continuous monitoring and management of flight hour totals</li><li>Coordination of VIP &amp; Special flight requests</li><li>Assistance to Operations to mitigate any shortfall in daily crewing</li><li>Forward planning the next weeks programme iaw regulatory &amp; client rules</li><li>Holiday relief for Aircrew &amp; Flight Scheduler</li></ul><p></p><p>PERSON SPECIFICATION: (minimum education requirements, key skills and experience)</p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>IT Computer Literate, Aviation experience preferred but not essential</li></ul><p></p><p>Experience:</p><ul><li>Analytical, Organisational Skills, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Confidentiality, Patient. Demonstrates desire to improve/update processes &amp; working practices.</li></ul><p></p><p>Skills:</p><ul><li>Excellent Communication Skills, MS Excel, MS Word</li></ul><p></p><p><span>All applicants </span><i><span>must</span></i><span> be currently eligible to work and live in the UK.
