Our fleet consists of jet aircraft meticulously maintained by our own FAA Part 145 maintenance company.</div><div> </div><div>Our average duty is 8 hours, average number of hours flown monthly is 45, and average days of working per month is 17.</div><div> </div>We will train and type successful candidates. Opportunity exists for upgrade to captain within 18 months with the ability to be logging PIC turbine time within months. Our co-pilots are mentored by our captains on a continual basis to prepare for captain upgrade. Our IOE program and Captain’s Board each provide continual mentoring and feedback loops to our co-pilots to ensure they have a successful upgrade..
