Constant Aviation Cleveland, Ohio:<BR /><div> Responsibilities:</div><div> </div><ul><li>Work with the Support Center and the customer to ensure proper and timely dispatch of the appropriate technicians.</li><li>Accept and return calls and emails in a timely manner and provide professional verbal and written communication</li><li>Work closely with the Purchasing/Parts Teams to ensure sufficient parts, equipment and tooling resources are requested and provided in a timely manner.</li><li>Complete and send all required checklists, forms and documentation as required</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely follow-up including notification with internal and external customers</li><li>Support the Mobile Operations leadership in other company activities that may be required from time-to-time.</li><li>Coordinate with appropriate departments, FBO’s and/or airport authorities on ground operations, trip assignments, and trip logistics</li><li>Willingness and ability to provide 24/7/365 support of Customer and Operational requirements.</li><li>Interact and coordinate with other departments, also attend interdepartmental meetings as necessary.</li></ul>
