Shall work with the Operations Managers to ensure trips are built accurately and FAA compliance is maintained at all times.
Shall communicate with clients, industry operators, vendors, and other company departments in a pleasant, efficient, and professional manner.
Shall be willing to share in the assigned on-call schedule, including the potential for late nights and weekend shifts.
Shall be willing to assist other members of the Flight Operations department as directed by the Director of Operations.
Must possess substantial skill with dispatching corporate and charter flights on complex international itineraries.
Must possess excellent verbal communications skills.
Must continually maintain the ability to maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced and sometimes hectic work environment.
Must possess the ability to creatively arrive at solutions to scheduling and logistical challenges while maintaining an unwavering professionalism on the phone with clients, co-workers, and industry representatives.
Must be a proven manager of people by consistently displaying an upbeat and energetic attitude toward viable solutions.
Must maintain self-starting tendencies with a high degree of initiative and abilities to work with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional performance results.
Must possess the ability to work quickly, accurately and effectively under deadlines and maintain a high degree of work product accuracy.
Must possess the ability to maintain situational awareness with several layers of input data and visualize solutions using aircraft lists, flight crew rosters, and the flight calendar.
Must be able to cope with unpredictable work hours and on-call requirements as dictated by the current and proposed on-call schedule.
Must be highly talented in managing teams, mentoring personnel, and building structure within organizations.
Must be willing and capable of working a flexible schedule including international dispatch assignments on the weekends, on an on-call basis, or as needed.
Must be willing to carry a smart phone, tablet, laptop, or other similar communications device in order to remain in contact with the company while on duty or while on-call.
Must be willing to attend career or performance enhancement training as provided by the company.
