Aircraft Accident

I need help remembering an aircraft accident about 10 years ago. I believe the aircraft went down around Easter. The people on board were a father and daughter. The daughter was around seven years old and she wanted to be a pilot. I believe her name was Jessica. I am positive "Jessica" died but unsure about her father. She also had some siblings. The weather conditions were thunderstorms and maybe some showers.

Does anyone remember this story? I think it made national news.
