Yulista Holding, LLC Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania:<BR />PRIMARY FUNCTION<br /><br />Provide air traffic control services for Army Air National Guard aviation operations providing safety of flight and traffic separations and sequencing in class &#8220;D&#8221; airspace, VFR only procedures. <br /><br />ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<br /><ul><li>Provides air traffic services within established priorities to aircraft arriving, departing or practicing approaches to.</li><li>Maintains positive control of aircraft within designated ATC assigned airspace and communicates with adjacent facilities to transmit and receive instructions and information relative to flight.</li><li>Applies appropriate separation minima IAW applicable FAA or Military directives.</li><li>Alerts airport emergency crews and other designated personnel while handling unexpected events, emergencies and unscheduled traffic.</li><li>Provides current and forecasted weather phenomena to aircraft.</li><li>Formulates and issues all ground movement instructions to aircraft on the ground, vehicles and personnel operating within the controlled movement areas.</li><li>Maintains and disseminates records of daily operations.</li></ul>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES<br /><br />This job has no supervisory responsibilities. The position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks.<br /><br />KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, &amp; ABILITIES:<br /><ul><li>Basic to intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.</li><li>Ability to enter data accurately into databases both manual and electronic.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.</li><li>Ability to write routine reports and correspondence</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.</li><li>Must be trustworthy</li><li>Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate complex information in high pressure, emergency situations to others.</li><li>Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc.</li><li>Ability to follow a process.</li><li>Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.</li><li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas with limited information in high stress situations and environments</li><li>Strong decision analysis and problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies</li><li>Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to company goals.</li><li>Ability to perform basic mathematical computations, detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.</li><li>Ability to multi-task.</li></ul>
