Certified Flight Instructor / Earn $40,000 per year
Air Safety Flight Academy is a world leader in training commercial airline pilots.

We are seeking 40 highly-motivated flight instructors to instruct professional flight students. Our CFIs average 100-120 hours per month of flight time. A CFI certificate is required; the CFII & MEI are preferred but not required.

At $40,000 per year, compensation for our CFIs is the highest in the country. In addition to excellent pay, an abundance of MULTI-ENGINE hours is available to all MEIs.

Excellent advancement opportunities are available for any career flight instructors. In addition, CFIs are not required to commit to work for Air Safety for any minimum period of time.

Our fleet includes:
Cessna 152s
Cessna 172s
Cirrus SR20s
Beechcraft Duchess
Piper Seminoles

Requirements
CFI required. CFII & MEI preferred but not required.

Pay: $40,000 per year salary

hmmmmm... Interesting.

It will be nice when regionals start to raise their 1st year pay because of the shortage.

It's not a joke really. Look around and you will see $40k+ cfi gigs all over the place now. With everyone running off to regionals as fast as they can, the schools have no choice but to up the pay, and that's what they've done. Now that the pay is up at the CFI level-- if only a few more knuckleheads would stick around longer(why not instruct for a year or two and pay off your training debts?) instead of running to a regional, the regionals would be next. Alas, shiny jet syndrome is a powerful disease
