I love how they try to make a 152 the next A320 in the Hudson. Props to the pilots, nice to see they walked away.
 
Kids were text messaging? Who the crap gives their elementary school students cell phones...and what kind of school lets them use them in class.

That plane could have hit the building and nobody inside would be hurt. I hate the media.

Just talked to my buddy and he was the one flying the plane...:mad: He said the mags failed and he was trying to make it to the airport.
 
BZ to the pilots, but damnit...it wasn't a "near miss!!" Unless they're talking about the fence; they nearly missed the fence, but that (and the ground) was the only "near miss" there. [/rant]
 
text messaging in elementary school? who are you texting? all of your friends or people you talk to are sitting next to you!
