Theres various minimums listed for Malaysians and ex-pats but for A320 Captain foreigners required to have an ICAO ATPL with 6000TT and 2500 airline experience on aircraft equipped with an FMS and EFIS.
The minimums for this one unfortunately are over many of our heads, but this would be a dream job for me so I posted it and they might be flexible if your A320 typed you never know.
My roomated lived in Thailand for awhile and pretty much said there one of the best airlines to fly on as a passenger and that they don't have a problem hiring Americans.
