This is a complete pay for training program at Air Arabia in Sharjah, UAE. If apparently offers a job in the right seat of an A320.

I just flew with a guy who came from Air Arabia a few years back ( he's upgrading to Captain in the B777 now ). He didn't do this program, it's only been going a few years.
An option for guys just starting out in their training if they have rich parents.
