American Systems South Korea, International:<BR /><div>"This is a Term Hire position for work in South Korea"</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is seeking a retired/ former US Army AH-64E Maintenance Test Pilot to provide advice, training, and assistance to the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) to help them establish effective AH-64E-related maintenance, training, logistics, and sustainment programs. &nbsp;The successful candidate will serve an AH-64E Maintenance Advisor to ROKA. &nbsp;</div><div>&nbsp;</div><div></div><div>This Security Assistance Training Team is being provided to the Republic of Korea Army (ROKA) in building a mission-ready AH-64E Attack Helicopter Squadron with appropriate maintenance support and an organic training capability that will allow the ROKA to sustain the force. This training team is being provided as part of a Security Assistance Training Program that directly supports US Foreign Policy and the execution of Department of Defense Security Cooperation Plans and Programs.</div><div>&nbsp;</div><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:</strong><br /><div><ul><li>Serve as a TAFT AH-64E Maintenance Advisor</li><li>Conducts training and evaluation of ROKA Maintenance Test Pilots.</li><li>Conducts maintenance operational checks, ground run-ups, check flights, and maintenance test flights as required in multiple locations</li><li>Support maintenance operations by attending production/quality control meetings</li><li>Advise ROKA on AH-64E maintenance and serves as mentor.</li><li>Assist in the supervision and coordinate the activities of other aircraft maintenance instructors and advisors</li><li>Other duties as assigned by the Site Lead/Team Chief.</li></ul></div><div>&nbsp;</div><div><strong>Work Location:</strong> Republic of South Korea</div><div>&nbsp;</div>For over twelve years, AMERICAN SYSTEMS has supported the delivery of training services to foreign military personnel in support of US foreign assistance programs. &nbsp;We offer a very competitive compensation and benefit package and there are no upfront out of pocket expenses for persons hired. &nbsp;All travel and transportation arrangements will be made and paid for by AMERICAN SYSTEMS. &nbsp;Living expenses are paid by AMERICAN SYSTEMS. &nbsp;Work is performed five days per week at a secure facility/base within the host nation (foreign purchaser). &nbsp;Persons hired will be full-time salaried employees of AMERICAN SYSTEMS. &nbsp;There is no requirement/authorization to carry firearms.
