The Production Pilot 3 will be a member of the AH-64E Maintenance Augmentation Team (MAT) in support of the Royal Saudi Land Forces Aviation Command (RSLFAC) customer as the Saudi AH-64E MAT Maintenance Test Pilots.

The Production Pilot is fully qualified and current in Aviation Intermediate Maintenance and Aviation Unit Maintenance (AVIM/AVUM) scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks to support the fleet. The MAT will receive transported aircraft and commence maintenance support, augment RSLFAC personnel in accomplishing AVIM/AVUM sustainment maintenance tasks, and provide supplemental on-the-job training to customer personnel to augment formal classroom training.

The Production Pilot plans and conducts production and acceptance test flights. Demonstrates or leads the production acceptance process. Identifies and documents flight deficiencies and coordinates resolution. Plans coordinates and conducts delivery ferry support and functional test flights on production and non-production aircraft. Serves as Pilot-In-Command.

•This position requires an active (or ability to obtain) U.S. Security Clearance, for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.

•This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a "US Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required.

Must be willing to relocate in support of global customer support requirements. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to interface with all levels of customer organizations. Capable of interpreting technical drawings and data to apply knowledge in rectifying aircraft issues. Familiar with MS office and capable of good reporting and remote communications.


Degree and typical experience in engineering classification: Bachelor's and 5 or more years' experience, Master's degree with 3 or more years' experience or PhD degree with experience. Bachelor, Master or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study, in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry. ABET is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.
