After Training.....

I was wandering this:
After a person is done with all of their training, and their isnt a chance that this person will get a flying job anytime soon. What does this person do? Go back home and find a job? Stay in Florida and find a job and work off the loan?

excellent question...I am trying to figure that out myself...besides interviewing at FSI and trying for an internship, I do not know what else is available here in FL. The other option is to head back home and teach there.

There are plenty of flight instructing jobs out there if you know where to look, the 'careers' department can assist you in finding a job be it in Florida or elsewhere, but it will most likely be at an FBO somewhere. A friend of mine an CFII/MEI FSA graduate recently got a job instructing at new flight school and he most likely will be the only MEI there, once they heard he had done his CFII and MEI here at FSA they told him they had a job waiting for him, over the phone even! If the sh*t really hits the fan hopefully you'll have a college degree to fall back on until an aviation job arises.
