I believe they want you to relocate to the Lincoln, NE area as they're actually out of Crete a little SW of it and seeing as how it's a college town you can probably have a low cost of living and some fun too for a year while you build time.

18-20 an hour which I'm guessing means you bill a minimum of 8 a day, but I know nothing of the company or what its offering. I believe they have a 206, a 210 and a PA-32R.
 
I spoke with them and they told me they would be making their decision last week, but I seen the post is still up so....keep applying!
 
Good on you for jumping on it as I think they could be a good opportunity for a close to entry level survey job. I think the job listing I saw posted on Indeed was from the 1st of May.

There's an email address under the contacts page so I'd guess that, but every site and company's different and there's only one way to find out.
