What of AD is it when for example you have a prop strike from another aircraft being towed and just barely hits your prop.

Conditional, reoccuring, mandatory?

I would have to say mandatory, but I don't know ####. Seems like a complete tear down would not be needed under those circumstances assuming the engine was not running.

In the instance I am referring to, the AD required a huge tear down and the engine was not running. Weird huh..
