ABX Air in Wilmington is hiring

I used to work there a while ago it was crap but I have heard its got alot better now.

Just remember Wilmington OH is literally in the middle of nowhere

Do dispatchers still run the tower there?

For those of you currently nearby or hanging out before PSA heads southeast....A commute from Dayton down 68 or Cincy up 71 still takes a healthy bit. Figured I'd add this much.

My buddy just left there, he's young like mid 20s and he experienced a lot discrimination because I guess there are plenty of older folks there and they don't think a younger person can do what they do.

He didn't like the vibes or how he was treated because of his age, so he left after a year.

I hope that isn't the case anymore and that it's a better spot to work at. And not a whole lot to do there

Was he a dispatcher there? I would be surprised if any of that behavior came from the dispatch group as they are also mostly quite young and open minded. Some of the MX guys are definitely "good 'ol boys" who fire off some hot takes from time to time. Especially on the night shift.

If anyone was interested in this position I wouldn't be too worried but I am sorry anyone had to experience that there.
