So, I was able to get some of the answers to my own questions. A bit disappointing: They want you to sign a 24 month contract for an SIC only type. Starting pay is 35k year 1 and 45k year 2.

Screw that lol. Starting pay at most regionals is $45k - $70k (disclaimer: including per diem).
