It may not be a bad idea to send a personlized "Thank You" email or card to the exhibitors and recruiters at the companies that you have a particular interest in that participated in job fair. It's a good way to remind them of who you are and shows that you really have a personal interest in them.

Just get their email address or company address off of the busy cards. You guys did collect business cards didn't you?

Just a little advice from someone who's been to many job fairs in his time.
