That's a scathing order. A massive USAPA bitch-slap. Now I'm kind of curious what USAPA will do. Will they even bother to participate in the SLI arbitration at this point, since they're going to be required to argue in favor of the Nic if they do so?

This is the entertainment that keeps on giving. Although @Seggy is absolutely right: we've been saying for years that this is where this is going to end up. You can't vacate an arbitrated list just by taking your ball and going home.
 
Some are saying that the east merger committee doesn't not equal USAPA. I'm not sure. Either way I hope they don't lose sight of the fact that they are better off losing the battle with the small group of west pilots, then to get totally screwed by AA.
 
Looks like the first arbitration hearing for tomorrow is being delayed. They are still meeting but only to discuss what will happen next and when. The funny thing is everyone thought we wouldn't be able to cross bid because of IT issues. Looks like they will have that sorted out long before these Man-Children have sorted out their issues.

Yeah we do, but It would be nice if this nonsense was over. I really feel bad for the west pilots in all this.
