8500-8 Q19: visited any health professional last 3 years?

So here's my question. I am now going to use a new AME in my new place... In the past I've been at the AME office filling out paperwork. Of course, the office visit question hasn't been a huge deal up until now... but it usually only provides 3 slots on the printed form for those. I never have had the actual documentation for when my visit was, so I've estimated my office visits.

The question is, now.... with the medxpress version, I can put down the office visits I've done this year (and possibly more accurately for the 3 years previous).... how many visits are actually expected to be put on the form?

If I have made a mistake on previous forms... is there a way to see what I've put on all of my previous medical forms? Is there a way to issue a correction to them without being punished?

Thank you.

Put down ALL visits for the past 3 years. If you made a mistake in the past, put down what you think is correct today.

Ok. Makes sense. Any reason they do this? Would it be safe to say to someone who is getting their student pilot cert/first medical certificate that they should show up with all their previous Dr visits written down?

Just for the last 3 years. Most people don't go to the doctor very often.

Pilots? We get regular medicals. And the regular doc visit the month before to make sure everything will be cool, plus whenever you actually get sick (my employer requires a doctor visit and letter whenever I call in sick), so that is fairly often compared to the general public.

And yes, I do agree it is a stupid waste of time and money to see my doctor when I have a head cold.

Ok... well.... I've got over 10 visits this year ALONE to the doctors offices. Is there some sort of red flag this is going to raise?

Also, how vague is appropriate when describing why I went to the doctor?

edit: especially visits to dentists. I had some work done... so yeah there are about 3 or 4 visits this year.... all go on there, I guess....

I am just concerned the FAA will say .... "whoaaaa whoaaa what's up buddy???"

Re: 8500-8 Q19: visited any health professional last 3 years

Apparently the maximum in the system is 20 visits...

also... question 17 "medication prescribed/not prescribed"....

If I was prescribed a medication I am not taking, because I found later that it is on the "list" of "must approves" on leftseat.com, do I still report it?

Re: 8500-8 Q19: visited any health professional last 3 years

Doc i don't think you answered his question. If he is not taking any meds even if he was prescribed one does he list the meds or not?

Re: 8500-8 Q19: visited any health professional last 3 years

He answered it. "All medications" means list it, even if not taking it.
