I just got nightmare flashbacks reading this. Probably the most eloquent description of modern corporate culture I've read, and the main reason I decided to leave corporate america. Even on my worst flying day, whenever I start doubting the decision, thinking that I never have to go through a GEMBA walk again or listen to a 6-sigma hack tell me how to be more productive at my job without even knowing what I actually do reminds me that it was indeed the right choice
