Seemed like weeks had gone by that I was almost at 500, sure getting a lot of time in the FRASCA at the ole Academy. Feels good to be back to logging all multi time again!

But.....on a more serious note, milestones in aviation will drive you crazy because there are an infinite amount. I wanted 50, then 100, then 250 for commercial then 500 then 600 for eagle then 1000 then 1200 for 135 then 1500 for ATP then 2000......it never ends. That is just the total time column this doesnt even get into PIC and multi and turbine and night and actual and XC.

Yup. My next goal is 1000 hours, then its 135 mins, then its ATP, then its a race to get enough time before upgrade. I dont want anymore of this street captain business.
 
I hear you Rob although I think the Saab will uprade at just under 2000 TT so by the time that actually happens you should be where you need to be.

I do not know what my next hour goal is...I suppose turbine PIC since TT does not really matter or maybe inverted time...actually i have a bunch of that already. Inverted and on FIRE time.

Congrats on the 500. Things really started to come together for me at 500. Now I am almost to 1000 and things are really starting to come together for me.
 
Congrats on the times! I just broke 100 dual given, it is all ground time and I keep track just for currency, but it means a little something to me. I hope to get the CFI stuff moving and accumulate the "real time" soon.

Yup, always something to work for, which is exciting. That's what I liked about swimming in college, I could always improve and get faster. In aviation, there is always something to work towards.
 
Haha yeah , that'll happen. Although when it gets bitchin hot out in about 3 months you will be happy to sit in the AC cooled building :)
