401(k) Information

I'd like to know more information about company 401(k) contributions. The Dispatch Pay Spreadsheet does not mention this.

Is there anyone here willing to share this information about your airline?

I am mostly interested in the legacy majors, the low cost majors, the legacy regionals, and the legacy cargo carriers:

DL: automatic 3% and match dollar for dollar up to 6%. That’s the same for the non-union groups, the pilots get more than that. With contract negotiations coming up having better 401k benefits is something being looked at.

100% match up to 5%
Then an additional automatic 8% direct company contribution

So if you contribute 5%, the company contributes 13%. Hope that makes sense.

United 6% direct contribution plus 50% match on up to 6% employee contribution, so total opportunity of 9% company contribution
