3 year medical history

Ive always listed a 3 years of medical history every year I go back... Is this necessary? Meaning if I reported the visit on last years FAA application do I need to do it again this year?

Yes. It asks for 3 years, so you give it 3 years. If it said, "3 years if you have't already reported it..." it would be different.

My AME has always said not to list visits I've previously reported. Guess I'd better ask him about that again.

I’ve only put in new visits since my last medical 6 months ago, I haven’t had any letters from Oklahoma City revoking my medical showing up in the mail - yet.

The form asks for visits from the last three years, I've seen it done both ways with no issues from Oklahoma City but to be safe I'd list them.
