SevenBar Aviation Bangor, Maine:<BR /><p><strong>Captain for B200 - LifeFlight of Maine Program </strong></p><div> </div><div><strong><em>One full time permanent and one full time temporary</em></strong></div><div> </div><p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong>: To operate/assist in operating the aircraft in a safe and proficient manner, while complying with all applicable FAR’s, Company Ops Specs/Manual contents, Aircraft Flight Manual and any policies and procedures set forth by Seven Bar Flying Service. <br /><br /><strong>POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong><br /></p><ul><li>Performs Pilot in Command (PIC) duties for SevenBar during aircraft flight operations.</li><li>Coordinates with customers to ensure timely aircraft and flight operations and assist with passenger needs.</li><li>Completes preflight planning and preparation.</li><li>Conforms to normal, abnormal and emergency operations.</li><li>Maintains a professional manner with all cliental and SevenBar employees.</li><li>Performs/assists in aeronautical decision-making and exercises sound judgment.</li><li>Strives to maintain a teamwork environment while on duty.</li><li>Performs/assists in post-flight duties.</li><li>Completes all necessary paperwork.</li><li>Assigns First Officer duties when applicable.</li><li>Nothing in this job description restricts management’s right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.</li></ul><p>If you’re looking for a company that: <br />Offers you the opportunity to fly for a meaningful cause and still be home every night Respects and compensates your skills, ideas, contributions, and effort Offers continuing education opportunities and meaningful engagement with the larger air medical transport community Gives you the opportunity to work with our diverse, committed, and talented team Improves patient outcomes each and every day <br /></p><p>You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the interpersonal skills needed to work effectively with customer representatives and other internal employees, both laterally and vertically.
