2844TT. 1158SMOH. 20 hours since new cylinders, piston rings, spark plugs, seals and gaskets. Tachometer, generator and intercom all recently replaced. Michell MX300 digital Nav/Com. King KX175B Nav/Com. New Hoerner style wing tips. Wheel pants (not currently on the airplane). The annual is good thru May 2010. The transponder, pitot-static, and ELT are all good thru May 2011. The paint is white/green and probably a 6/7 out of 10. The interior is more like a 3/4 (seat covers are coming apart at some of the seams). The engine runs great. This airplane is very inexpensive to own and fly. Based at KLOU (Louisville, KY) $19,500 OBO.
