121 ATP ride in sim supposed to be logged?

I have an application that is asking me for a photocopy of my ATP ride from my logbook... The instructor never put anything in our logbooks, just filled out the 87-10. Was it supposed to be logged in my logbook? I didn't think so but I want to get my story correct. Thanks for any help!

No need for a logbook entry for 121. Airline should have a training record, and depending on your airline, you should be able to request a copy.

What airline application is requesting a copy of an ATP checkride?

This.

No one's seen my logbooks since 1997 and I've been through a number of type rides.

I log it under simulator time in the green paged Jeppesen logbook and just highlight checkride in the remarks section. Necessary? No, but I like to have my own record of LOFT's and PC's.

Awesome, thanks guys. Actually, I looked again and and it says they want it flagged in the logbook.. Interview at JetBlue next week! Wish me luck

Congrats! I've applied several times already at JB and keep my app up to date, but nothing, yet.

Congrats, and good luck. I figured that's what it was. I remember that from the paperwork. I'd imagine if it's not logged, a copy of your training records with it flagged would work. Instructors don't need to log anything since a) it's in the training records and b) you don't need any kind of endorsements for an ATP ride. I just logged mine on my own, but I did the same with every LOFT or PC just to show currency in the logbook.

Granted since Nov 7th of last year, I don't think I've logged jack......

My logbook is a Logbook Pro print out in a nice binder. I have all of my checking events highlighted and tabbed with the exception of RPCs and RLOFTs. I also have copies of all endorsements and original signatures in a separate area of that binder.

Thanks, guys!! Been hoping for the opportunity to interview at JetBlue for a long time. @scooter2525, I have about 4,500 hours with 2,800 turbine (no turbine pic) and the 170/190 type. I've been fortunate to meet a few JB crew members on my commute back and forth between BOS and MSP and they all were really helpful. I have 4-5ish internal rec's there including 1 in the recruiting department. Every time I talk to him, it seems like the hiring outlook has improved and last thing he told me was that they may be accelerating delivery of aircraft.. Also, some people are leaving for other majors.. Really hoping for this but trying not to get too nervous. Being a Boston guy and liking their company culture, it would be the cat's pajamas.

Mattio you'll do fine bro... I had my airline's APD sign my logbook just for sentimental value. I figure if they look in my logbook and see SH's signature then there's NO WAY I'd ever bust a ride! Short of that though, the company records have to suffice for what you're asking about. You don't need it, but good luck man. Let us know.

Thanks, man. Will do. and also forgot to mention, Scooter, I applied for the sim instructor position about 3-4 days before they called me to interview for the FO position... Maybe that showed that I was more interested in JB as a company rather than just as way out of the regionals... Maybe it set off some sort of good flag...

Good to know. Thanks for the heads up!
