Hello Fellas I've been flying expat for 10 years now and things are lining up for me to come back to the States. I have an interview in a couple of days, and It's a no brainer to hand my Resume there and then - but there is a catch: 99% of my professional Pilot career has been done abroad, so...

Is a cover letter really necessary? I feel like I'm regurgitating what is already on my resume to begin with.
