Just skimmed the article. So does this mean that we can do away with filling out all that ridiculous PRIA paperwork? And will there be a way to dispute errors in the database?
You can't possibly be smart enough to fly an airplane if you don't have a college degree. Having a degree in Modern Dance Theory not only makes you a better pilot, but easier to have a conversation with in the cockpit.
There is only one PIC in the airplane, and it isn't the FO (and I'm an FO). There is a PM and a PF. Don't mistake that as the FO is flying and is also the PIC.
Hand fly some. You should. But there comes a point where it's a bit much. If every flight is hand flown 290 and below, it usually...
Fun is licking the window I'm looking out of because the autopilot is on, and my work load is at a minimum.
Edit to add: If you've made it to this level and can't hand fly, you've done it wrong.
