Well, a reality of life is that how you look on paper often weighs in very heavily on whether or not you get that job offer.
It's not always the best way to determine abaility and suitability for a job, but it's how things are.

Did mine a few weeks ago. Really straight forward. Know Vmc inside out and how to teach/demonstrate engine failures (there was a huge emphasis on that).
Oh, and don't forget to lower the gear and don't feather the wrong engine! I hear doing that can end the checkride really quickly.
