As a junior captain I was on reserve for 2 months over the winter but I believe that was a fluke. We haven’t had reserve lines since Feb I believe

I’m a CA at PDT. With just over a year and a half on property I’m halfway up the list and have over 100 CA below me. As of now we don’t have dedicated reserve lines. Most junior captains get a build up with 2-3 trips and reserve days sprinkled in. Good luck with your decision
