Your biggest Pet Peeves

There aren't many things in life that upset or bother me; however, I was thinking about my few pet peeves and thought I would share them and ask you to share yours:

1. People who get on the moving walkway in the airports and then stop, blocking anyone behind them from walking by. Remember - stand on the right, walk on the left!

2. Pilots who say oh instead of zero. Checking in at FL350 is three five zero, not three five oh. Oh is a letter, not a number.

3. Barking dogs.

4. People who talk on cell phones loud enough for all to hear.

5. People who define themselves as what they have vs. who they are.

CARE TO SHARE YOURS ???

"hicksville traffic, cezna uh, 2,5,5,4, uh "Q" tax-en to runaway, uh whats that? twenty-two"

That happened today, Names and places changed to protect the inocent...yada yada. Yeah my pet peeve is non-coherent speech on a radio.

I also can't stand people that think an unmonitored airfield, is an uncontrolled one.

1. People who drive in the left lane on the freeway any speed less than the speed limit +5 mph.

2. People who are impatient with their needs but will take their dilly dally time if anyone is waiting for them.

3. Windows crashing and Apple's being expensive and not compatible with everything.

4. People who will take a mile if you give them an inch.

1. People who don't use their blinkers.

2. People who drive at night using only their parking lights. Wassap withat?

3. Minivans, SUVs, and Buicks.

4. Pens with no ink.

5. Chains with no pen attached.

6. People who use the ATM like they've never before used an ATM.

7. People who hold the door open for you even though you're practically across the street, which makes you feel like you have to hurry through the door so you don't keep THEM waiting.

8. People who don't say "Thanks!" when you hold the door open for them.

9. Tornadoes.

10. Cats leaving half-eaten squirrels in my yard.

People who drive slow in the fast lane
Drivers who don't check their mirrors

I don't care if you're doing 100 in a 45 in the fast lane, if someone is doing 130 you move over.

The fact that the Drive Right Pass Left rule is not recognized in the USA, even though it's the law (and never enforced).

Having lived in Germany long enough to get to know Autobahn etiquette, once in a while I'll actually try the "get behind them and use your left blinker until they see you and move" trick, but it never works here.

Don't even get me started on driving. I have to keep reminding myself that most people don't realize that what they do affects other drivers that they might not even see.

1. Having to press 1 for English.

2. People who bring more than 10 items to the "Express Lane"

3. People who have an irrational fear of dogs, guns, or flying.

4. Watering restrictions in a county that has 45+ inches of rain a year and a 30,000+ acre reservoir.

1: People that make the "smacking" noise when eating food or gum, or whatever it may be. That sounds makes me want to yell.

2: The women and girls that wear the oversized sunglasses that take up half their face with large frames, most of the time, large white frames.

3: People who don't use their blinkers.

4: Stupid People.

5: Seeing directions/menus or anything else, translated into spanish.

1. Snow and freezing cold weather

2. People who have had the flu or an earache for a week and then call us out in the ambulance at 3 am, only to show up to see plenty of good cars in their driveway and them waiting for us at the curb :)

3. People who ignore lane closure signs on the expressway and try to get up as far as they can before merging over and stopping traffic

I hate couples with children going shopping at the store and blocking entire aisles with those strollers that are double. I mean comeon...i dont have a problme with kdis but why drag your whole family shopping and then preceed to make a nuisance of yourselves by blocking aisle and then acting stunned when people ask to get by.

Having kids doesn't give you a license to be an Ahole. To be fair this just might be an australian devil spawn type of problem though :)

All the American kids i;ve met have been cute and quiet lol :)

That is my favorite topic on driving. I've informally polled friends and family about this and usually get this-

During rush hour, when everybody is in mob mentality mode, it's really easily to trick someone into changing lanes by looking like you're going to.
