Remote TSA at BOS

Step in the right direction for sure, and cool to see what they learn. There are certainly places where this would really be great - particularly ones at resorts (MCO) or cruise terminals.

Reminds me of Chalks. Need to revisit that idea

Cape actually did something similar - using float planes to connect NYC and BOS. I remember talking with their network planner about it at a conference several years ago. It was a very premium airfare, but was basically connecting downtown to downtown. Didn't last long, unfortunately.

Former Martine Air Terminal at LGA wants to have a word with you!

This is what AA does already with the bus service from ACY and a few others. I believe United does or did something similar.

Yes, Landline … I have meetings with them this week. Started by a former AS network planner who figured you could program a regional feed network just using buses instead of airplanes. There are places where it works really well.

What if we put the buses all together, end to end, and gave them their own dedicated road to run on. No traffic!

We could even make the road and the wheels out of something durable and very low-friction, like maybe steel, for maximum efficiency.

Think about it! This could be revolutionary!

It is an interesting concept, and does make sense (at least on paper) in the post B1900 era. Ive never really heard any feedback or legit reviews on it.
