I don’t know how many active yellow bus drivers we have on here, but if anyone gets stuck somewhere that AzulNorte has a flight to/from where you need to go please PM me and my buddy passes are yours for the taking.

I’m also sure that others will chime in… so post here or send out those PMs and if somehow the industry drops the ball, we will make sure to get everyone home.

If it happens, that sucks so bad. I left and am new to a legacy and still wish things didn’t work out the way they did. I would have preferred to stay at Spirit until the day I walk away for good. It was just a great place to work with fantastic people.

Correct. He either willingly participated in a pump and dump or was too dumb/too far gone to realize he was part of market manipulation. The fact that all of these are equally possible but that the majority party sees nothing wrong is fantastic.

I am not super well-read on any of this, but it would appear to a layman that he wanted some sort of personal equity in return for the bailout funds? I'd imagine that at a bare minimum, the terms of whatever proposal the WH threw at them were worse than ceasing operations.

Not sure how useful buddy passes are from me, but they're yours if any of you all need them.

Back on topic, I start a trip tomorrow and if the end does come, by hook or by crook I’ll do what I can for any stranded Spirit folks I run into. I’ve also got whatever we replaced buddy passes with. (They’re basically discount tickets. Cost more than a buddy pass but they’re confirmed seats.)
