I always get a video interview or assessment. Then wait 2 or 3 months going crazy just to get a TBNT

I heard they are starting AA interviews next week, my application still says pending. Is that normal or how long do they usually take to tell you if you’re moving forward or not?

From what I've heard, AA tends to interview a lot more people each posting than Delta does. Doesn't mean it's any easier getting an actual offer, just more likely to get an interview.

I didn’t think there was a test unlike United, etc. but I could be wrong.

They said expect to hear beginning of December according to some people i know that interviewed

I was told we would hear mid November earliest. So between now and early December... The waiting is the hardest part, and patience is a virtue. I admire those that have it.

Hopefully a positive answer is recieved, I am excited but know they will choose the best out of the bunch! =-)

With 2 internal class scheduled, safe to say it might be a while before another external class opens.

I don’t think they expect another external class until 2027.
