A year & trending down. I believe new hires will be going to 320/737 in all bases within the next year.

Unless you live in Clt, there are bases that you can have more options and better seniority.

Im about a 2.5 hour drive from CLT with not a lot of fantastic options in terms of commuting out of AVL. Other bases could be doable, but driving to work would be a lot better.

Certainly an opportunity. About 2 hours and 20 min away.
It’s certainly not a bad situation. Within 2.5 hours I have ATL, CLT, GSP, AVL, CHA, and TYS.

Mostly just the fact that AAWW management seems to have no desire to attract or retain pilots.
Literally my dream job, but it’s time to try to escape. Really heartbreaking to be honest.

Been spending the weekend updating the logbook. Should be done tonight. Resubmitting apps for the first time in 4.5 years will be tomorrow. It’s time.

Just a suggestion, if you're counting on bailing, take the 76 upgrade and sweeten your resume a bit. Then we can fly and you can see for yourself why nobody is calling.
I agree. Fortunately 9 months of medical leave gave me plenty of time do to that, unfortunately, nobody is calling.

No clue. I remember seeing 4K. Mil guys a lot less. I believe the published mins are 1,500. I remember the 4K being “competitive.”
