Toughest things in a dispatchers shift

Taking a page from APC about tough things is a pilots shift I ask you, what toughest things exist in a dispatchers shift and how do you go about solving them if you can?
 
Seriously, usually the most difficult things on a dispatcher's shift are when you have a bad weather day at one of your hubs, and it causes multiple flight diversions. It's usually pretty rare though.
 
Yes, but you can always order delivery online through the Domino's website or GrubHub while it's happening. Dispatchers are good at multitasking!

Ive seen dispatchers walk out during IROPs to get lunch down the street...

By then your outbounds are long gone, your inbounds are still 5 hours out, and your maintenance delay is going to cause a crew to time out.

Just my airline? Damn.
