So, what you're saying is Ukraine "adopted" Crimea in 1954? But how, if Ukraine didn't exist until 1991? Hmmm...

Every year Ukraine celebrates independence from.... itself. Which is true, they did liberate their land from the ability to build ocean-going ships, rocket engines, helicopter turbines and transmissions and finally, last year, transport category aircraft.
But the place is practically Europe now. Why don't you move there away from the evil Russians?

Even if one were to concede that Crimea and the assorted russian-speaking majority oblasts in the east were in some way Russian (and I don't have an opinion, really, not being from around those parts), surely we can all agree that Kiev (and thus Antonov) is Ukranian? Ok, I don't really have a strong opinion about that either, but I kind of want to see BigZ's forehead vein.

Well...let’s look at it this way: pilots are getting better at landing NOT at the intended place, which is the desired runway at the destination airport.

For a long time, they were missing the entire destination airport. They still landed at AN airport, such as AAO, RCA, and PLK, but not at THE intended airport. Finally, after considering this event and those at ATL and ASE, pilots are getting better at landing at the destination airport, just not on the desired piece of pavement.

So, keep up the good work!
