Gave a new owner an insurance checkout in this PA-28-140 for my first dollar(s) made in aviation:694344.jpg

I'll have to dig up a picture, but for me, it was a 1972 'E' Model Piper Aztec.

Of all the different tail numbers I have flown, this particular airplane is still is in my Top 3 favorites.

PA-11 with my best looking student. They got $18hr off the tach for the Cub and I got $10. This was back in the early 80's.

The office and the old man, Hose Rogers, that watched over the airport. Hose and his wife farmed the land for decades. After his wife died he sold the land to a professional Flight Engineer with American. The Engineer turned the farm into an airport and Hose came with the land.
