Breastfeeding F9 Pilots Want Privacy at Work

It doesn't take long, you'll still have time to read your US Weekly.
"Company approved reading material, Sir!"

The thing about the lady getting in trouble for doing it in the lav is kind of idiotic. Am I going to get in trouble for spending 20 minutes in there after Taco Tuesday/Curry truck night on the overnight?

These policies that are in place to help new mothers, aren't really to help the new mothers, as much as they are an investment into the children's future.

And everyone who is suggesting that men get equal treatment is absolutely right. Men should be getting paternity leave for the same amount of time as the woman's maternity leave. And companies should be made to pay for it, again, because it's not so much to give the parents a free ride, but to invest in the children's future.

On the other hand, it's a bunch of crap that women get maternity leave and the men do not get equal time off. My wife needed my help after the birth of our children but I had to go back to work.....

You want equal treatment, then so be it!!

If a company is large enough to be covered by the fmla then men can take equal time off.

They want to be able to pump breast milk while on the job....frontier gave them a room in denver....but it wasn't always convenient?! What......

There should be paid maternity and paternity leave at EVERY company for full time employees in this country.

But this breast milk thing....it just sounds ridiculous. Pump milk in a bathroom. Pump milk in the special room they gave you. It's a job, no duh that it's not always convenient in respect to your private life, that's why they pay you to do it.

This is a cry for special privilege, not discrimination. No, you can't do exactly what you want whenever you want while working you social justice entitled little brat.

Phew! Thank god. Based on the first several responses it's refreshing to read what you wrote. Truthful and non-PC.

The truth is always classy.
