The hourly rate increase is a meager improvement over the last and the major QOL improvements don't kick in til October(MDG=4.2) and January(trip rig and 401k).

That's one of my issues with this TA. I don't understand why they can't make most, if not all of it kick in July 1st. There's already no retro pay, and now on top of that we need to wait even longer for portions to kick in?
