Envoy TA Voting: The Better Part of Valor

That's a lot of writing for $1.59. Here's a much quicker summary/rebuttal: Career advancement is worth ALOT more. Move up the food chain.
I don't pretend to know what's going on in here, but it seems like around the time I joined here the collective thought was that flows and preferential hiring weren't worth the paper they were printed on. It just seems funny to me how quickly the group thought changes.

Why would you even bother posting something like "Not really, no" without any explanation? Please support your claims. If you have other information, post it.

Why would someone bother posting "your deal sucks worse than PSA/PDT" and not garner your scientific criticism?

I would argue that even without real growth we have a better contract. Even after the knee-capping it's about to receive.

I bid within the top 25 out of over 100 in base and will have 11 days off this month for 80 hours of pay. If we had a SAP like PSA the days off and pay would both be higher. Not to mention pay increase because we would both be captains by now. Am I right @BobDDuck?

While you guys are comparing minor league contracts thousands more will have to make the choice between bidding narrow body domestic and wide body intl in new hire classes in ATL, DFW or IAH. Just sayin.

Flows don't really work save for the few in recent past. Compass being the most notable. Eagle flows have been at Eagle for what, 15 years? I would be more concerned about upgrading, getting into the training dept and attending job fairs.

I get it. Lines suck. But don't say that everything in our contract is awful because we have crappy lines.

As much as I'd love to be a captain right now, I'm not going to make a lateral move with almost 5 years here.
