I always liked ATL...
Very true. The plus side is there is a restaurant over in D that has a pretty hot hostess that wears some pretty sheer and tight dresses.Delta has done a decent job of putting lipstick on that hog. But... I spent 12 hours there in one day sitting through cancelled flights. There is literally no seating for the amount of traffic that place handles. It is simply too small to continue to add flight after flight.
"If I took them blindfolded and took them to LaGuardia airport in New York, he would like 'I must be in some third world country.' I'm not joking."
.......... and the solution would be more what?

Both.
Detroit has been spiraling around the toilet for quite a while. I bought my Beretta in 1998 when Reagan was President and I swore I'd never buy another GM product because it sucked so bad.
Chicked dug it back then, but, well, ya know.

The Derg in a Beretta!!?????? LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL![]()
Isn't LGA where planes sink into the asphalt and get stuck during the summertime as well?
ATL is, IMHO, pretty much the gold standard in terms of making what ought to be a huge constant rotating disaster work surprisingly well. There are nicer airports, but none that have anything like the amount of traffic. At least not in the US.
